· Australia Post Express Post Delivery – 2 working days $9.35 Flat rate
International Options
· Australia Post – 5-10 working days
Processing Your Order
· Orders received between Monday to Friday before 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed that day for next day shipment.
· Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, unless your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period.
· Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. They will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
· In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the problem with our carrier.
Delivery Periods
Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.We know you like to get things fast so our goal is to ship all orders within 24 -48 hours on all orders that do not contain personalised items
Receiving your delivery
· Goods that require a signature or are too bulky for regular delivery will be held at your nearest Post office & a notification card will be left at your postal address
· We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
· Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed.
International Orders
If you don't see your country in the countries list upon checkout, it means we don't currently ship to your country.
There may be a number of reasons we are unable to ship to your intended destination, including customs restrictions, lack of delivery coverage by our carrier, or statistically high incidences of fraud.
For international customers it is your sole responsibility to be aware of your own country's applicable import/duty taxes if any. If these apply, you are liable to pay them on receipt of your parcels.
